Pharmacy Technician in Phoenix, AZ

This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician to contribute to pharmacy operations in a dynamic setting. The role requires flexibility to work shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and/or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend hours. The assignment begins September 8 and runs for 13 weeks, with the potential to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new prescriptions, refills, and patient data accurately, verifying details through the order management system.
• Count, dispense, and label medications with precision and care.
• Prepare and coordinate shipments for mailing, including printing labels, sorting packages, and liaising with couriers to meet delivery standards.
• Maintain compliance with Arizona Board of Pharmacy policies by ensuring a safe and clean pharmacy environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician license and national certification.
