Order Entry Pharmacy Technician | Arizona

Responsibilities:

Enter new and refill medication orders
Handle patient, provider, and pharmacy calls
Track medication delivery status
Resolve order issues and support pharmacy workflow
50% data/order entry and 50% phone communication

Requirements:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB certification
Strong data/order entry experience
Strong phone and customer service skills
LTC, retail, or call center experience preferred
Frameworks experience is a plus
