A reputable specialty and mail order pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity located in Plainfield, IN. Location: Plainfield, IN
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (12:30 pm – 9:00 pm) with potential weekend hours
Duration: 26 weeks with intent for direct hire
Initial Schedule: Start on Day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) and transition to evening shift as the pharmacy expands coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and process medication orders in a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Support pharmacists in daily operational tasks and medication preparation
• Maintain quality and efficiency while handling prescriptions and patient information
• Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team to facilitate smooth workflow

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of current or very recent pharmacy technician experience
• Experience in a high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environment
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required
