Schedule/Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacy team in filling and dispensing behavioral health medications
  • Utilize Enterprise RX software (training provided)
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling 350-400 prescriptions daily
  • Collaborate with pharmacists in a fast-paced environment supporting a behavioral health hospital
  • Follow strict protocol to ensure patient safety and compliance
  • Work reliably and professionally in a high-volume setting with minimal walk-in patients

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Texas (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Experience in retail pharmacy settings is valued
  • Ability to perform accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Dependability and strong work ethic are imperative due to prior challenges with technician reliability
  • Comfortable working within a closed-door pharmacy environment focused on behavioral health
