A skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician position is available in Plano, TX, offering a Contract to Hire opportunity. This role is ideal for pharmacy technicians with expertise in sterile compounding and infusion, seeking a dynamic work environment with a structured schedule and on-call responsibilities.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation: One weekend every eighth week, starting Saturday at shift end until Monday at 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Sterile Compounding Certification
• PTCB Certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sterile compounding
• Proven experience with infusion techniques

Responsibilities:

• Rotate between pharmacy preparation and cleanroom sterile compounding activities
• Prepare sterile pharmaceuticals adhering to safety and quality standards
• Participate in the on-call rotation, providing support during designated weekends
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements for sterile compounding
