Pharmacy Technician – Athens, Ohio

An opportunity is available for Pharmacy Technicians with at least 2 years of experience who want to advance their skills in sterile IV compounding. Location: Athens, Ohio
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and order fulfillment
• Participate in hands-on training for non-sterile and sterile compounding, including IV preparation
• Accurately fill, label, and package prescriptions for mail distribution
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations
• Support inventory management and maintain an organized workspace
• Assist with shipping processes and workflow coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Pharmacy Technician experience
• Active Pharmacy Technician license if required by state regulations
• No prior compounding experience necessary; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
