A pharmacy technician role is open for a Per Diem position located in Portsmouth, VA, supporting retail and long-term care settings. This role involves ensuring the safe and accurate distribution of medications and delivering excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Available on selected dates from June 22, 2026, through July 29, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by licensed healthcare practitioners
• Provide patients and customers with clear information about their medications and proper usage
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance patient experience
• Support pharmacy operations in retail and long-term care environments

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license valid in Virginia
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
