Pharmacy Technician | Porum, Oklahoma

A pharmacy technician position is available to support inpatient care in a long-term acute care (LTAC) and rehabilitation setting. This role is based in Muskogee, OK, with an immediate start on a 13-week contract that may convert to permanent status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding accurately and efficiently
• Restock and manage inventory for automated medication dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis units)
• Handle pharmacy-related calls and provide support to healthcare staff
• Work collaboratively within the pharmacy team to ensure medication safety and timely delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license in Oklahoma or willingness to obtain promptly
• Previous experience working in a hospital setting preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication distribution in an inpatient environment

Schedule:

• Day shifts, 8 hours per shift
