Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

This per diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a term from September 8 to September 10 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The position offers work on first shift from Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a focused, short-term engagement in a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications efficiently and safely.
• Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Greet and assist customers, addressing their needs and concerns with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate prescription processing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx software is highly preferred.
