A per diem pharmacy technician opportunity is available for a short-term assignment from September 8th to 10th in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter patient information and prescription orders accurately into the pharmacy computer system.
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription orders according to established protocols.
- Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Greet customers and assist with their needs or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and expedite prescription processing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
- Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- September 8 to 10, Tuesday through Thursday.
- 1st shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
