Pharmacy Technician - Riverview, FL

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Spanish/English) to support pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. This role plays a key part in providing excellent customer service to a diverse patient population while assisting pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing tasks. Training on pharmacy systems will be provided, making this a great position for technicians looking to enhance their skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Lakeland, FL

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and effective customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Accurately enter prescription information into the system
• Assist pharmacists with medication filling and dispensing processes
• Support cashier duties and front-end pharmacy operations
• Maintain clear communication with customers, pharmacists, and team members
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with standards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous experience in pharmacy or retail/customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy systems with provided training
