Per Diem Pharmacy Tech | Robinson, Illinois

A retail and long-term care facility in Lawrenceville, IL, seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert medication distribution and exceptional customer service on a per diem basis. This role involves accurately dispensing prescribed medications, offering detailed information to patients about their prescriptions, and maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism in every interaction.

Schedule:

• Mondays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Dates from February 16 through March 13, 2026)

Location: Lawrenceville, IL – 2101 James St a103 b

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Counsel patients and answer questions about medication use, dosages, and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster trust and satisfaction

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Active Pharmacist license in Illinois
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety
