Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Rome, Georgia

Seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support medication distribution and customer service efforts in a per diem capacity. This role is located in Rome, GA, offering an opportunity to work flexible shifts during the week.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, July 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Wednesday, July 22, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Thursday, July 23, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Friday, July 24, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute prescription medications as prescribed by physicians or authorized health practitioners
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding medications and their proper usage
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction
• Support pharmacy operations and collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
