A pharmacy technician role is available on a per diem basis, supporting multiple retail locations across the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton. This position requires a reliable pharmacy technician ready to start immediately and available to work at least 3-4 days per week, with additional shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Perform typical retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and manage inventory, including takebacks.
- Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in a couple of days of provided training to get familiar with specific client processes.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience is required; candidates with less than 1 year will not be considered.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reliably attend scheduled shifts on days, evenings, and weekends.

Multiple sites available around Sacramento, CA, including potential assignments in Lodi and Stockton.

- Mileage reimbursement is offered for travel exceeding 30 miles from home to worksite.
