Pharmacy Tech | Saint Augustine, Florida

A pharmacy technician role is available immediately in the Jacksonville area, with a contract duration of 8 weeks and potential for extension based on performance. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday.

Responsibilities include typical retail pharmacy duties with a focus on high-volume data entry and medication dispensing. The ability to maintain a fast pace and accuracy in a busy environment is essential.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience (candidates without this will not be considered)
• Experience with HIV/AIDS medication dispensing is strongly preferred and must be indicated on the resume
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software
• Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and team members
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
• Pharmacy intuition to proactively identify and assist with workload needs
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
