This position requires a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to accurately prepare and dispense medications, maintain inventory, and assure compliance with regulations.

Location:

  • Saint Paul, MN

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts between 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Exact shift options include 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Pharmacist with filling prescriptions and preparing intravenous (IV) medications
  • Enter prescription and billing data using the computer system to support reimbursement processes
  • Prepackage medications according to quality and regulatory standards under pharmacist supervision
  • Assist in the final checking and packaging of medications for distribution
  • Support pharmacy inventory management by receiving shipments, monitoring expiration dates, and conducting physical counts
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-calibrated work environment by following safety protocols and equipment checks

Qualifications:

  • Current Pharmacy Technician license in Minnesota (license must be in-hand)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt; retail pharmacy experience welcomed but not required as training is available
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
