A pharmacy technician role is available for immediate start in a fast-paced production and fulfillment setting in San Antonio, TX. This contract opportunity spans approximately 8 to 12 weeks, with potential for contract to hire. The role requires dedication to accuracy and efficiency in dispensing and packaging medications for courier pickup and delivery.

Start dates are flexible on June 1, June 8, or June 15, with shifts primarily 8am start times, working five consecutive 8-hour days. Occasionally, shift start times may vary to 9am or 10am as operational needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications in a high-volume environment
• Prepare and package pharmaceutical products efficiently for courier services
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to ensure timely processing

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license is required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification is desirable
• Retail pharmacy experience highly valued; experience in a closed-door or production setting is a plus
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system preferred but not mandatory; candidates with Pioneer Rx proficiency may receive priority consideration
