Job Type: Contract (13 weeks + with potential for temp-to-hire)
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Some weekend shifts required
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately filling specialty medication prescriptions
- Processing and managing medication authorizations
- Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current California Pharmacy Technician license required
- Proven experience in a specialty pharmacy environment is highly preferred
