Pharmacy Technician | San Francisco, California

A Bay Area facility is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to support a special production project. These positions provide an excellent opportunity for technicians aiming to earn quickly while applying their expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Bay Area (Union City, CA)
Position Type: Contract
Duration: Immediate start through May 31
Schedule:

• Four days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Six evenings, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prepackage medications for dispensing following regulatory standards.
• Assist Pharmacists with final prescription checks, including medication counting and packaging after review.
• Support timely and accurate delivery coordination to customers.
• Help maintain inventory by receiving and rotating stock, logging lot numbers and expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory.
• Collaborate with the Technician Supervisor to ensure equipment calibration, safety, cleanliness, and a well-maintained work environment.
• Note: These roles focus on fulfillment tasks and do not involve IV preparation.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Experience working under pharmacist supervision in a production or fulfillment setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
