Per Diem Pharmacy Tech | San Mateo, California

Support outpatient pharmacy operations in a dynamic community care setting as a Pharmacy Technician. In this per diem role, you will provide critical coverage during staff absences such as sick days, vacations, and call-outs, ensuring seamless pharmacy services to patients. Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform retail pharmacy duties in compliance with departmental procedures and pharmacy laws
• Assist pharmacists with filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory, prepare medications, and handle customer interactions professionally
• Support daily operations to maintain a high level of patient care and satisfaction

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous retail/pharmacy technician experience preferred, but candidates from diverse pharmacy backgrounds are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
