Seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians for a time-sensitive project in the Bay Area. This contract opportunity offers immediate start to help support pharmacy operations during a critical period.

Location:

• Bay Area, CA (near Union City)
• Conveniently positioned for local candidates

Schedule:

• Four days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Six evenings, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Role Overview: Working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will assist in filling prescriptions and prepackaging medications in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include aiding final prescription checks, labeling medications for pharmacist review, packaging approved medications, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Additionally, support pharmacy management with inventory control by receiving and rotating stock, and maintaining accurate records of lot numbers and expiration dates. Collaboration with the Technician Supervisor to uphold a clean, safe, and well-calibrated work environment is essential. Note that this role does not involve IV preparation; focus is on fulfillment processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacy Technician license (in-hand)
• Experience working with pharmacy filling and packaging procedures
• Ability to follow detailed instructions under pharmacist supervision
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and inventory management skills
