This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment. The position involves working the night shift on a 7-on, 7-off schedule from 9 PM to 7 AM, typically Thursday through Thursday. This role is initially a 13-week contract with the possibility of transitioning to a direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate medication order entry using Meditech.
• Utilize Pyxis automation systems to manage medication dispensing.
• Prepare sterile compounds following strict protocols.
• Support daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician license.
• National Pharmacy Technician certification.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings.
• Proficient in sterile compounding techniques.
• Familiarity with Pyxis automation systems.
