An established specialty compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician for a direct hire opportunity in DeBary, FL. This role requires a motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills to assist in managing pharmacy operations.
Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties including managing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Communicate effectively within the team to promote smooth operations
- Uphold professionalism and reliability in daily responsibilities
- Multitask efficiently to handle various assignments simultaneously
- Show eagerness to learn new skills and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license
- Proven experience as a lead pharmacy technician
- Compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory
