Pharmacy Technician in Sanford, FL

A specialty compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy management and daily operations. Location:

• DeBary, FL

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing administrative tasks such as invoice processing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensuring accurate and detailed record-keeping with strong attention to detail
• Facilitating communication and collaboration within the pharmacy team
• Demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn
• Supporting multitasking demands in a dynamic pharmacy environment
• Assisting in initiatives to grow the pharmacy’s reach and efficiency

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Demonstrated experience as a lead pharmacy technician
• Compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential
• Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and organization
