Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Savoy, IL

A Per Diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for coverage from September 15 to September 16 in the Savoy, Illinois area. This role requires working first shift hours, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Enter patient information and prescription orders accurately into the computer system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications.
• Manage and order over-the-counter inventory to maintain adequate stock.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and concerns.
• Resolve prescription adjudication issues by interacting with third-party prescription plans.

Qualifications:

• Current and active pharmacy technician license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx preferred but not mandatory.
