A direct hire opportunity is available for Pharmacy Technicians located in Sayreville, NJ, specializing in supporting a growing closed-door pharmacy environment. This role focuses on facilitating patient access to a first-in-class therapy while managing a high volume of prescriptions daily.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling approximately 900 prescriptions per day using Prime Rx software
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and prescription preparation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and team members
  • Identifying and reporting adverse events following company protocols
  • Maintaining precise records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, ideally in mail order or closed-door pharmacy
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused communication capabilities
  • Stability in previous roles; minimal job changes within the past year
