This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, specialized closed-door pharmacy, assisting patients in accessing UPNEEQ®, a pioneering therapy. Operating within a high-volume environment averaging approximately 900 prescriptions per day, this position demands efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
Location: Sayreville, New Jersey
Schedule: Variable days and mid shifts within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including two closing shifts per week

Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional service and support
- Accurately manage prescription preparation and data entry using Prime Rx pharmacy software
- Maintain up-to-date and precise records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions
- Identify and report adverse events following established standard operating procedures
- Collaborate closely with the pharmacy team to support daily operations effectively
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, ideally in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting; retail experience acceptable
- Strong data entry skills ensuring accuracy under high volume conditions
- Reliability and commitment, with a preference for candidates demonstrating stable work history without frequent job changes
