The role requires managing a high volume of calls to assist patients and healthcare providers with their prescription needs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all pharmacy operations.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:
- Variable schedule including days and mid shifts
- Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Two closing shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle numerous inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers with professionalism and care
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions with patients and physicians
- Accurately enter data and prepare prescriptions, maintaining meticulous patient, physician, and prescription records
- Identify and promptly report any adverse events following established company protocols
- Support the pharmacy team in various operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Possession of a clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 1+ year of pharmacy technician experience, preferably within a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting (retail experience is acceptable)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Stable work history without frequent job changes in recent years, demonstrating commitment and reliability
