Join a fast-growing, closed-door pharmacy serving Sayreville, New Jersey, as a Pharmacy Technician. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers an engaging role supporting patient access to UPNEEQ®, a first-in-class therapy, while handling high volumes of prescription orders and patient communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians
- Accurately prepare prescriptions and maintain precise data entry
- Identify and report adverse events following company procedures
- Maintain detailed patient, physician, and prescription records
- Support pharmacy team operations as needed in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Variable schedule including day shifts and mid shifts
- Two closing shifts per week
- Operating hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in closed-door pharmacy preferred, retail pharmacy experience also considered
- Stable employment history; candidates with multiple pharmacy roles within the past year may not be considered
Pharmacy Software:
- Experience using Prime Rx is desirable
