Pharmacy Technician - Sayreville, NJ

Located in Sayreville, New Jersey, this direct hire opportunity seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support a fast-growing, closed-door pharmacy specializing in UPNEEQ®, a first-in-class therapy. Working in a dynamic environment with an average script volume of approximately 900 prescriptions per day, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth prescription processing and exceptional customer service.

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable schedule including day and mid shifts
• Two closing shifts per week
• Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient and physician inquiries effectively
• Accurately enter data and prepare prescriptions in line with company protocols
• Identify and report adverse events according to standard operating procedures
• Create and maintain precise patient, physician, and prescription records to support pharmacy operations

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year pharmacy technician experience preferred in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting; retail experience considered
• Strong data entry proficiency and attention to detail
• Stable employment history preferred, with limited job changes within the last year
