This direct hire opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician is based in Sayreville, New Jersey, supporting a fast-growing closed-door pharmacy specializing in UPNEEQ®, a first-in-class therapy. The role demands handling approximately 900 prescriptions per day using Prime Rx software, combining exceptional customer service with precise prescription preparation and data management.

Schedule:

  • Variable schedule including days and mid shifts
  • Two closing shifts per week
  • Operating hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Location:

  • Sayreville, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and physicians
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient, physician, and prescription records
  • Identify and report adverse events according to company procedures
  • Support the pharmacy team with all operational activities

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting (retail experience considered)
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Stable work history; candidates with multiple pharmacy changes in the past year are not preferred
