We’re hiring Pharmacy Shipping Clerks for a high-volume pharmacy fulfillment operation in Scottsdale. Position Details

• Start: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Duration: 13-week contract to hire/temp to hire
• Setting: High-volume pharmacy fulfillment/shipping
• License: No pharmacy license required

Requirements

• No pharmacy license required
• Pharmacy Tech in Training candidates encouraged to apply
• Shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, pharmacy, healthcare, or mail-order experience preferred
• Must be accurate, organized, and productive in a high-volume environment
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar shipping systems preferred
• Comfortable preparing, labeling, scanning, and packaging prescription orders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch shipping discrepancies
• Must understand the importance of patient privacy and PHI
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift and move packages/supplies weighing approximately 5–10 lbs
• Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale

What You’ll Do

• Prepare completed prescription orders for shipment
• Match shipping labels and documentation to the correct orders
• Package medications according to pharmacy and shipping procedures
• Sort packages by carrier and shipping method
• Monitor shipping queues and carrier cutoff times
• Assist with temperature-sensitive shipments and cold-pack packaging
• Ensure orders are ready for on-time carrier pickup
• Escalate damaged packages, incorrect labels, or shipping discrepancies
