Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Selma, CA

A per diem opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a health center's retail/community pharmacy operations. This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for professionals with a minimum of one year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience.

Location: Selma, CA
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacy technician duties within a retail/community pharmacy setting in a health center environment.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Manage prescription orders using the Rx30 system.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and queries.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and procedures to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a community or health center setting.
• Familiarity with the Rx30 pharmacy system is required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred and will receive preferential consideration.

This per diem role is expected to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with the possibility of transitioning to a contract-to-hire position for Spanish-speaking applicants.
