Pharmacy Technician in Simi Valley, CA

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to contribute in a closed door/mail order setting located in the Santa Clarita area. Ideal for new graduates or those with retail experience, the role focuses on medication preparation and fulfillment to ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately and timely.

Schedule/Hours:

• Approximately 3 days per week
• Shift options: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Location:

• Valencia, CA (close to Santa Clarita)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and prepare medications for shipment to patients in a closed door/mail order pharmacy environment
• Maintain attention to detail while processing prescriptions to meet quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to manage workflow and inventory as required
• Follow all regulatory and organizational procedures to ensure patient safety

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent
• Open to newly certified or experienced pharmacy technicians, including those with retail background
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to accuracy and patient confidentiality

This contract opportunity is available for an immediate start, offering flexibility around three shifts per week to support pharmacy operations efficiently.
