Pharmacy Technician | Stuart, Florida

This opportunity is looking for skilled IV Pharmacy Technicians to support a fast-paced, expanding pharmacy setting. Committed to excellence in medication preparation and patient safety, this role focuses on precision and teamwork within a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and dispense intravenous medications accurately following established protocols
• Maintain sterile conditions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the IV room
• Lead technicians will oversee the IV room workflow, provide guidance to team members, and ensure efficient operations
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet daily production targets while upholding regulatory compliance
• Document and record all preparation activities meticulously

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician with IV medication preparation experience
• Proven ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-volume pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail with adherence to aseptic techniques and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required for the Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician role
• Previous experience in sterile compounding and knowledge of USP <797> guidelines is highly desirable
