Pharmacy Technician - Tampa, FL

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Spanish/English) to support daily pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to a diverse patient population while performing prescription data entry, medication filling, and dispensing. Training on pharmacy systems will be provided; however, prior pharmacy or retail experience is advantageous.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Location:

• Lakeland, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to English- and Spanish-speaking patients with professionalism and empathy
• Perform accurate data entry related to prescription processing
• Assist pharmacists with medication filling and dispensing duties
• Support cashier and front-end tasks to ensure smooth operational flow
• Communicate effectively with customers, pharmacy staff, and pharmacists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• Pharmacy technician or retail/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn pharmacy computer systems and procedures
