Pharmacy Technician | Tampa, Florida

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician fluent in Spanish and English to support pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish- and English-speaking patients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently
• Accurately enter prescription data in pharmacy systems
• Assist pharmacists by filling and dispensing medications following established protocols
• Support cashier duties and manage front-end operations at the pharmacy counter
• Communicate clearly with customers, pharmacy staff, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Current Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• Pharmacy technician or retail/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory due to provided system training
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
