Soliant is seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians for a growing pharmacy operation in South Phoenix! This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to transition from a traditional retail setting into a fast-paced pharmacy office environment.

Position Highlights
Direct Hire opportunity
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM after training
Rotating weekends required
On-site position in South Phoenix
No dispensing at this location
Heavy focus on data/order entry and patient/provider communication
Approximately 50% data/order entry / 50% phone communication

Responsibilities
Enter new and refill medication orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals by phone
Track medication delivery status
Monitor reports and resolve orders requiring attention
Help ensure pharmacy orders are processed within required timelines
Provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely medication delivery

Ideal Candidate
Previous LTC pharmacy experience preferred
Retail pharmacy technicians with strong data entry skills are encouraged to apply
Call center pharmacy experience is also a great fit
Strong computer and data/order entry skills
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

Required:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
PTCB certification
Frameworks experience is preferred

The commute to the site is important, so candidates should be comfortable traveling to the South Phoenix area.
