Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Tracy, CA

Location: Tracy, CA (with sites available in Lodi, Stockton, and surrounding areas)

Shifts: Days, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support at high-volume retail pharmacy locations
• Perform typical pharmacy technician duties including answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions
• Operate cash registers and manage inventory, including takebacks
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment
• Complete a brief training program provided by the client to ensure compliance and consistency

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment (candidates with less than 1 year are not considered)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to cover at least 3-4 shifts per week
• Willingness to travel within the greater Sacramento area; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel exceeding 30 miles from home

This per diem position offers the potential for week-in, week-out revenue with opportunities for additional shifts based on availability. Many past per diem technicians have transitioned to permanent roles, demonstrating growth potential.
