Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Tracy, CA

Seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join a per diem team supporting multiple retail pharmacy locations in the greater Sacramento area, including Lodi and Stockton. This role offers the opportunity to work consistently, with shifts available days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities include typical high-volume retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions, managing the cash register, inventory oversight, and handling returns. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting (candidates with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered)
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Flexibility to work at least 3-4 days per week, with additional days available for those interested

• This is a per diem opportunity, offering flexible scheduling and consistent work availability
• Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel exceeding 30 miles to assigned sites
• Initial training is provided to ensure smooth integration into the team
• Shift options include daytime, evening, and weekend hours
• Start date is ASAP

This per diem role offers steady work with strong potential for continued assignments. The team previously supported up to 11 technicians, many of whom advanced through the program.
