A travel Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Truckee, CA, supporting a 100-bed hospital for a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start. The role offers a schedule of four 10-hour day shifts per week, ideal for those seeking consistent daytime hours.
Responsibilities include sterile and non-sterile compounding, restocking Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), and handling incoming pharmacy calls. Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California Pharmacy Technician license
- Hospital pharmacy experience is required
- IV compounding experience preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems
