Pharmacy Technician | Van Nuys, California

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support operations in a closed-door, mail-order pharmacy setting located in the Santa Clarita area. This role offers flexible, part-time scheduling approximately 3 days per week and is suited for new graduates or candidates with retail pharmacy experience.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Note: Candidates in or willing to travel to Valencia area are encouraged to apply)

Schedule:

• 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or
• 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, approximately 3 days weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and prepare medications for shipment to patients
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards
• Assist with inventory and organization of medications in the closed-door setting
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant pharmacy experience preferred
• New graduates and candidates with retail pharmacy background are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

This contract position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a non-retail pharmacy environment while working a flexible schedule. Immediate availability is needed to support operational demands.
