Pharmacy Technician - Ventura, CA

An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to support a busy inpatient healthcare setting with 250 beds. This long-term contract role offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, working alongside dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient pharmacy duties, including sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Restock Pyxis units efficiently to ensure seamless medication delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls directed to the pharmacy
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and medication management

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacy Technician license is required
• New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive support to grow their skills
• Prior experience or training in IV preparation and sterile compounding is a significant advantage
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability are essential

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts with every other weekend required
