Pharmacy Technician in Visalia, CA

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Pharmacy Technicians seeking to contribute their skills within a community retail pharmacy setting. The role is based in Orange Cove, CA, with a contract duration of 5 to 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Location: Orange Cove, CA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform retail and community pharmacy technician duties in a health center environment
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
• Use the Rx30 system for managing prescriptions and pharmacy operations
• Ensure accuracy and safety in medication handling and customer interactions
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience required
• Familiarity with the Rx30 pharmacy system preferred
• Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong commitment to dependability and punctuality is essential; zero tolerance for unexcused absences or lateness
