Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Webster, NY

A pharmacy technician opportunity is available for per diem coverage in Webster, NY, from March 17, 2026, through April 3, 2026. This role includes weekday shifts primarily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential changes extending hours to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer system.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescription medications.
• Manage over-the-counter inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Resolve prescription plan adjudication issues for effective prescription processing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or familiarity with 340B pharmacy programs is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Shifts primarily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; flexible hours may extend to 7:00 PM.
