Pharmacy Technician in West Chester, OH

Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the pharmacist in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.
• Welcome customers and address their inquiries with professionalism.
• Receive and verify prescription validity.
• Accurately process electronic prescriptions, verifying all necessary information.
• Address and resolve issues such as insurance claim rejections.
• Prepare medications by selecting and measuring appropriate dosages for dispensing.
• Manage inventory by sorting, stocking, labeling medications, and monitoring stock levels.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license for the state of Ohio.
• Retail pharmacy experience or similar background is preferred.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx software is highly advantageous.
