This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician role based in West Chester, Ohio, offering a 13-week contract with potential to transition into a permanent position. The schedule includes:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key responsibilities include entering patient information and prescription orders into the computer system, assisting pharmacists with dispensing medications, managing over-the-counter inventory to maintain stock levels, providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns, and resolving issues related to third-party prescription plans to ensure smooth prescription processing.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license for the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus
