Pharmacy Technician | West Chester, Ohio

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician with a minimum of one year of recent inpatient experience, ideally with IV preparation skills. The role requires a current Ohio Pharmacy Technician license and national certification.

Location: West Chester, OH
Job Type: 13-week contract starting 6/14
Schedule:

• Two shifts every other weekend from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Two overnight shifts Monday through Thursday, 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in an inpatient setting
• Assist with intravenous (IV) medication preparation, if applicable
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and safety standards
• Utilize Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and verification

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience
• Skilled in IV medication preparation is a plus
• Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
