Pharmacy Technician - West Palm Beach, FL

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacy Technicians specializing in IV preparation to support a high-volume and expanding pharmacy team. Located in Jupiter, FL, this contract role focuses on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care during day shifts.

Positions Available:

• 2 IV Pharmacy Technicians
• 1 Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare IV medications in compliance with sterile compounding standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper labeling and storage of pharmaceuticals
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to maintain efficient workflow
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians within the IV room (Lead position)
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, sterile environment

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with IV pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Technician practices and RX processing
• Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy or hospital setting preferred
• Ability to follow strict compounding guidelines and maintain accuracy
• Leadership experience required for the Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
