Pharmacy Technician in West Palm Beach, FL

Join an expanding pharmacy team in Jupiter, FL (near West Palm Beach) as a Pharmacy Technician specializing in sterile compounding. This contract opportunity offers day-shift hours within a high-volume, fast-paced environment focused on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Following USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines for sterile compounding
• Cleaning and sanitizing ISO classified cleanroom areas
• Assisting with environmental monitoring and temperature documentation
• Managing inventory and expiration date control to ensure seamless operations
• Receiving and organizing supplies to support production runs
• Collaborating with pharmacists and lead technicians to optimize workflow and communication
• Supporting operational efficiency and compliance readiness within the IV room

We are hiring for:

• 2 IV Pharmacy Technicians
• 1 Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or license as required by state
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacy technician experience
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom behaviors
• Sterile compounding experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Background in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records and pharmacy workflow systems
• Experience supporting inspections and maintaining compliance readiness
