Pharmacy Technician in West Palm Beach, FL

A contract opportunity is available for 2 IV Pharmacy Technicians and 1 Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician to support a high-volume, expanding pharmacy operation located in Jupiter, FL (West Palm Beach area). These day shift roles focus on sterile compounding within ISO classified cleanrooms and require dedication to compliance with USP <797> and USP <800> standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleanroom and compliance adherence, including sanitation of ISO classified areas
• Environmental monitoring and maintaining temperature logs
• Inventory management with strict expiration date control
• Receiving and organizing supplies for production runs
• Assisting with preparation of materials for compounding and production workflows
• Supporting pharmacists and lead technicians to ensure smooth operations and communication within the team

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by the state
• Minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy technician experience
• Strong knowledge and practice of aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior
• Sterile compounding experience is strongly preferred
• High reliability with excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records, workflow management systems, and compliance inspections
