Pharmacy Technician | Westerville, Ohio

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail pharmacy environment in Westerville, OH. This position offers a daytime schedule from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a contract duration of 13 weeks and potential for temp-to-direct hire.

The pharmacy manages an average inbound prescription volume of 200-300 scripts per day, supported by a team of 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists. You will be responsible for accurately processing prescription orders using Prime RX, ensuring efficient service and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and verify prescription orders using Prime RX
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate effectively within a dynamic retail pharmacy team

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license is required
• Experience with Prime RX is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
