Per Diem Certified Pharmacy Technician in Woodland Park, CO

A healthcare facility in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support their pharmacy operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on accurate medication distribution and exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday, September 8–11, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
• Monday through Friday, September 14–18, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
• Monday through Friday, September 21–25, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
• Total hours: 119 hours over the three-week period

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners
• Provide clear, helpful information to customers regarding medication use and safety
• Deliver superior customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with pharmacy protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support effective pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT) required
• Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
