A healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Evening Shift IV Pharmacy Technician to join their closed-door long-term care pharmacy team in Woodridge, IL. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to work in a critical role supporting sterile compounding operations.

Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Rotating every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques to maintain sterility
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Manage inventory to maintain proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 standards and relevant regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience in sterile compounding essential
• Reliable with excellent attendance and work ethic
• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as Frameworks is a plus; training provided if needed

This role involves handling approximately 600 prescriptions per day, requiring attention to detail and adherence to strict safety procedures. The position is well-suited for a dependable technician interested in working a consistent evening schedule in a supportive environment.
