This opportunity is for a dedicated Pharmacist to contribute to an outpatient pharmacy setting with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This 13-week contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday day-shift schedule, allowing for a balanced workweek in a professional environment.

Location & Worksite:

• Primary worksite in Frederic, WI
• Possible float assignments to nearby locations including St. Croix Falls and Balsam Lake

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and medications to patients
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective medication therapy management
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license; temporary licenses will be considered
• Experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented approach to ensuring patient safety and accuracy
