Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Andover, KS

Seeking experienced pharmacists to join a growing community retail pharmacy team in the Wichita, KS area on a per diem basis. This role offers a manageable prescription volume with strong technician support, ideal for licensed pharmacists interested in flexible work opportunities.

Location:

• Andover, KS (with travel support available for candidates located over 75 miles away)

Schedule:

• Coverage needed for specific shifts, including Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense an average of 100-125 prescriptions per day
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software to maintain accurate records and process prescriptions
• Provide exceptional customer service and counsel patients on medication use

Qualifications:

• Active, clean Kansas pharmacist license with no disciplinary actions
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Proficiency with Rx30 or similar pharmacy management systems is a plus
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow efficiently during scheduled shifts
