Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Andover, Kansas

Join a community pharmacy team seeking experienced per diem pharmacists to provide quality pharmaceutical care. This role offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive environment with a manageable prescription volume and strong technician support.

Location:

• Andover, KS (per diem coverage positions available in the Wichita, KS area)

Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts available on a semi-regular basis
• Immediate coverage needed:
  • Wednesday, 5/27, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, 5/28, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately filling and verifying prescriptions with attention to patient safety
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain smooth operations
• Utilizing Rx30 software for prescription processing and record keeping
• Maintaining compliance with state pharmacy laws and company policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas pharmacist license in good standing (no disciplinary actions)
• Previous community pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficient in pharmacy software systems, ideally Rx30
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
